Madrid

Four days in Madrid at the Aparthotel Andromeda on the 7th floor.  Lots of space and quiet.  An elegant barrio in Madrid.  Lots of interesting streets nearby–la plaza de Santa Barbara, Fuencarral, Hortaleza, and Zurbano where I lived as a student in 1961-62.  Also good restaurants nearby.  The Monet-Abstract Art exhibits at the Thyssen and Caja Madrid are outstanding! Unfortunately they ended yesterday.
